If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, your written notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it on our website (a URL is ideal).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Notices missing any of the above elements may not be acted upon.
2. Where to Send Your Notice
Send your completed DMCA notice by email to:

- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that their content has been removed.
- Forward a copy of the notice to that user.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content within 10โ14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
LaundryAtlas will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA and other applicable law.
6. Abuse of This Process
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may expose you to legal liability under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), including damages, attorney's fees, and costs. Please only submit a notice if you have a genuine, good-faith belief that your copyright has been infringed.
